Overview

As a Project Manager, you’re the glue of the team. You interact with our team internally and our clients, at all times ensuring that projects are operating healthily for our team and for our clients.

In Short

• Own the overall project schedule both internally and externally.
• Timely responses to our clients, ensuring they are never left wondering what is happening with the work.
• The main point of contact for our clients.
• Providing weekly status reports for our clients.
• Ensure the Bunsen team is always aware of what is on deck.
• Ability to succinctly capture client feedback and turn it into actionable tasks.
• Driver of approvals and ensuring clients know when approvals are needed.
• Can own a budget effectively.
• Highlight risks to a project early and often.
• Build strong and genuine relationships with our clients.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in an agency environment.
• Understanding of latest technology and design principles.
• Ability to successfully scope and estimate digital products.
• Comfortable with project and company financials.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Skillful expectation management and attention to detail.
• Negotiation skills and adaptability.
• A great sense of humor.
