Overview

As a CDN Support Engineer II, you'll play a critical hands-on role in supporting customers across our blazing-fast global network, built with over 150 Tbps of capacity and 119+ edge locations worldwide.

In Short

  • Handle technical support requests from customers and internal teams through Zendesk and Discord.
  • Troubleshoot application-layer networking problems in CDN environments.
  • Monitor network health and resolve issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to address bugs and share insights.
  • Suggest improvements for customer support workflows and tools.
  • Stay updated with CDN technologies and share knowledge with the team.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and customer-facing guides.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the CDN industry.
  • Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and SSL/TLS.
  • Understanding of DNS, VOD, DDoS protection, and load balancing.
  • Experience using diagnostic tools like curl and traceroute.
  • Awareness of security best practices in CDN operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Effective communication skills in fluent English.
