Contract External Development Production Assistant - Remote

Overview

The External Development Production Assistant position is an exciting opportunity for you, an early career production specialist, to learn the ins and outs of ExDev, which encompasses many exciting parts of game development. You will be responsible for helping track and communicate out key data points of production, process contracts with the ExDev vendors, help in relay information to internal teams, and grow your understanding of key production practices.

In Short

• Assist the production team on ExDev with requests from partners.
• Work with vendors, publishing team, and internal teams to facilitate approvals.
• Assist in contract creation for vendors and work orders.
• Relay daily feedback information to vendors.
• Learn and assist in the packages of content sent to vendors.
• Create daily playlists of content from vendors.
• Collaborate with external vendors and track weekly tasks.
• Help production relay key information to internal teams.
• Assist with tracking invoicing and billing.
