• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry standards for real estate accounting.
• Fulltime Contractor position, fully remote in Latam.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in property management or real estate.
• Strong knowledge of property management software AppFolio (required).
• Experience in multi-entity and accrual-based accounting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and general ledger systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
