Our client is seeking a high-energy, results-oriented sales professional who will serve as the first point of contact for potential members of their subscription-based franchise.

• Drive membership sales by contacting warm leads via phone and text.
• Maintain a daily activity level of 150–300 calls to achieve 3–5 deals per day.
• Track outreach activity and conversions using CRM tools like Monday CRM.
• Collaborate with franchise owners on weekly goals and promotions.
• Utilize the Hyperconnect cloud phone system and Zenotti for daily operations.

Requirements

• Strong conversational English with a confident phone presence.
• Proven background in inside sales, membership sales, or appointment setting.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while remaining results-driven.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Monday.com or HubSpot.
• Accountable and skilled at managing a lead list with consistent follow-up.
