Overview

As an Install Base Account Executive at BuildOps, you will play a critical role in maintaining and growing our relationships with existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, negotiating renewals and upsells, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving adoption of our solutions.

In Short

  • Identify opportunities for expanding product adoption within existing accounts.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure timely contract renewals.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand clients' needs and usage of BuildOps software.
  • Develop a deep understanding of BuildOps' products and their applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience including SDR/BDR roles for B2B SaaS companies.
  • 1+ years experience as an Account Executive for a B2B SaaS company.
  • Track record of overachieving revenue targets of $750k - $1 million +.
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Construction Industry Experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
