Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

Brown & Brown is seeking a Data Analyst to join our growing team in Daytona Beach, FL. The data analyst will engage in all steps of the conversion process acting as an assistant to the Conversion Leader, ensuring data accuracy throughout the entire process.

In Short

• Handle all pre-conversion work and preparation.
• Map data from previous retail management system through conversion portal.
• Generate reports as requested and communicate analysis results.
• Review multiple versions of data to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor the flow of data, checking for accuracy and completeness.
• Engage on all calls, discern what applies to the conversion.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills preferred.

Requirements

• Experience with AMS360, EPIC, BenefitPoint, ZyWave, ImageRight/WorkSmart preferred.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Team player with a commitment to customer service.
