Overview

The Copay Assistance Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and supporting day-to-day needs, acting as a liaison between clients and the Care Team, and facilitating internal training materials based on client-specific designs.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day responsibilities of assigned clients.
  • Validate and deliver reporting to clients on schedule.
  • Identify strategic or process improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to fulfill client requests.
  • Participate in client and partner conference calls.
  • Support client oversight initiatives and new client implementations.
  • Coordinate member communications as necessary.
  • Review and maintain up-to-date member communications.
  • Exercise due diligence in completing work requests.
  • Adapt to changes in the work environment effectively.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years’ experience in prescription benefits, pharmacy billing, or client management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective planning and organizing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Experience in healthcare or related fields preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • CPhT credentials preferred.
