In Short

  • Perform daily service on assigned tasks for clients.
  • Handle account transactions including quotes and policy issuance.
  • Respond to client inquiries and manage correspondence.
  • Support insurance marketing and sales efforts.
  • Maintain client data accuracy in the agency management system.
  • Assist in claims support and policy reviews.
  • Keep Producers informed about account activities.
  • Participate in educational seminars for skill improvement.
  • Maintain knowledge of underwriting requirements.
  • Complete additional functions as assigned.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty Producer License.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mathematical skills for calculations related to insurance.
  • Problem-solving and reasoning skills.
  • Experience with Applied Systems / EPIC is a plus.
  • High School diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
  • CPCU or special training course completion is a plus.
