Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong emphasis on backend and data systems.
• Experience with Python, Django, GraphQL, or Snowflake is a plus.
• Ability to work across the stack and own feature implementations.
• Motivated by user and business outcomes.
• Capable of simplifying complex technical challenges.
• Willingness to learn and use unfamiliar tools.
• Passionate about product improvement and user experience.
• Experience with AI tools and workflows.
