Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in agency growth and business development.
• Passionate about mentorship and team performance.
• Expert-level understanding of social media platforms.
• Comprehensive knowledge of earned media and influencer marketing.
• Strong client engagement skills in an agency environment.
• Adept at navigating challenging conversations with clients.
• Experience in developing integrated marketing strategies.
• Ability to develop and present strategic proposals.
• Understanding of digital landscape and media integrations.
• Experience with consumer lifestyle brands, especially for families.
