Overview

Brightspeed is seeking an Innovative Techno Functional Architect for a future proof Bill to Cash process using SAP technologies including BRIM, FICA and FSCM, in a multi-cloud landscape to support Payments, Collections, Credit, and Disputes while providing an incredible user experience via portal and mobile.

• Design and implement a futuristic Bill to Cash process using SAP BRIM, FICA and FSCM modules.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based architecture for efficient Bill to Cash operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.

• Apply Design Thinking principles to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Implement best practices and futuristic solutions with subject matter experts.
• Optimize Bill to Cash operations through intelligent automation solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and performance optimization.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in telecommunications.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP BRIM, FICA and FSCM modules.
• Strong experience in payments, collections, credit, and disputes management.
• At least 5 implementations in SAP BRIM FICA, FSCM, ABAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in web and mobile application development.
• Experience in intelligent automation solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
