Senior Project Manager - Engineering & Construction - Remote

Overview

Brightspeed is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Engineering & Construction Program Management team. This role will support PM teams responsible for managing complex and long-duration projects within the telecommunications sector.

• Lead support and advisor to the Senior Manager of Engineering & Construction.
• Oversee development and monitoring tools to improve productivity.
• Track milestone activities for complex projects across multiple business lines.
• Create and maintain requirements for various organizational tools.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations.
• Create presentations for leadership and C-Suite teams.
• Collaborate with network and business domain leadership.
• Communicate training-based documents to stakeholders.
• Utilize PM tools such as MS Project and Smartsheet.
• Analyze data to drive strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of telecommunications experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical work experience.
• Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence, JIRA).
• Knowledge of Telcom Network Design systems.
• Understanding of data visualization tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to create complex Methods & Procedures.
• Ability to build relationships across departments.
• Master's degree is a bonus.
