Financial Business Intelligence Developer - Remote

Overview

We are currently looking for a Financial Business Intelligence Developer to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for building reporting that provides financial information to stakeholders across Brightspeed.

In Short

• Extract data from Big Query, build and maintain reports in Power BI.
• Support financial systems through migration and testing requirements.
• Understand business needs and partner with stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Source and structure data for reporting, compiling user requirements.
• Maintain documentation on dashboards.
• Ensure data accuracy and escalate issues to stakeholders.
• Support various projects such as data warehouse migrations and QA testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software development, finance, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of work experience in finance and/or coding.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to write and understand SQL queries.
• Familiarity with Big Query and Power BI.
• Experience with financial systems is required.
