Brightspeed is seeking an Element Management Systems Engineer to support network systems and improve network reliability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with Element Management Systems.
• Advanced understanding of Scripting, TL1, SNMP, GRPC.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Proven knowledge in scripting applications.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Strong communication skills.
• Skilled in PERL, UNIX-Shell, XML, SQL, MYSQL.
