Systems Engineer - Level III (Endpoint Management) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Systems Engineer with expertise in Application Packaging, Virtualization and Delivery to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing application packages and their deployment across the organization's infrastructure.

In Short

• Package applications for deployment using tools like AdminStudio, PSAppDeployToolkit, or equivalent.
• Manage and deploy application packages through SCCM, Intune.
• Implement and manage application virtualization technologies.
• Maintain and update application packages with the latest versions and patches.
• Conduct thorough testing of application packages.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for application packages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather application requirements.
• Provide technical support to resolve application packaging issues.

Requirements

• Strong experience in application packaging and deployment using tools like SCCM, Intune, or Numecent.
• Proficiency in application virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or Batch.
• Understanding of MSI/MST creation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and registry structure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Benefits

• Minimum of 4-year degree in an Information Technology field or something similar.
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent virtualization certification is a plus.
