Overview

The Customer Support Specialist at Brightree is responsible for identifying customer issues and providing solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Provide consultative responses to technical and non-technical customer questions.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues via phone or electronic communication.
  • Track and document inbound support requests.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure solutions meet their needs.
  • Stay updated on current technology and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members for case escalation.
  • Document all cases according to standard procedures.
  • Work in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products and experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Must have prior experience in software support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, healthcare, technology, or a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience in HME, Home health, or healthcare industry preferred.
  • Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Proven ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Quick learner, self-directed, and motivated.
  • Dedication and commitment to tasks.
