  • Answer questions regarding Brightree Pharmacy application.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues via phone or electronic communication.
  • Interact with customers to troubleshoot non-standard issues.
  • Document new issues and FAQs for knowledge base.
  • Identify critical issues impacting clients and communicate proactively.
  • Track inbound support requests and document customer problems.
  • Stay updated on current technology and product changes.
  • Comply with pharmacy laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Prior help desk experience with pharmacy software.
  • Experience with pharmacy workflows and processes.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy DME industry and NCPDP billing.
  • Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to resolve issues promptly.
  • Quick learner with self-direction and motivation.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
