Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for a strategic, data-driven, and operationally excellent leader to join our leadership team as Vice President of Business Operations and Analytics. This role will report to the CFO and manage the Business Operations and Data Science teams.

In Short

• Partner with leadership to define and operationalize company strategy.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning processes.
• Monitor progress and make real-time adjustments.
• Define and manage core business and clinical operations metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Streamline workflows across teams.
• Drive high-impact initiatives from concept through execution.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the executive team.
• Build and lead high-performing BizOps and Data Science functions.
• Support board preparation and investor communications.

Requirements

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy, consulting, or general management.
• Strong track record of driving measurable impact.
• Analytical and systems thinker.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfort with BI and planning tools.
