Overview

Brightline is seeking an exceptional Real Estate Director to build out our real estate function, which is vital in bringing to life our vision of opening new clinic locations nationwide.

In Short

  • Lead the real estate lifecycle from site prospecting to lease negotiations.
  • Define and develop the real estate team with a growth mindset.
  • Collaborate with strategy and finance teams for site selection.
  • Negotiate and execute leases with optimal terms.
  • Manage relationships with brokers, landlords, and property management.
  • Deliver member-ready locations on-time and on-budget.
  • Analyze market trends and demand drivers for site selection.
  • Lead organizational improvements in real estate functions.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations.
  • Foster a community-focused culture within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading an enterprise real estate function.
  • 8+ years in a real estate capacity, with brokerage and corporate experience preferred.
  • Previous people management experience preferred.
  • Experience in a high-growth, multi-state healthcare environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Ability to lead cross-functionally to meet tight timelines.
  • Tough negotiator with lease terms.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Passion for redefining behavioral health for children and families.
