QA Engineer - Remote

Overview

We’re growing Brightflag’s Engineering team and looking for quality-minded QA Engineers to ensure our platform continues to deliver best-in-class experiences for legal operations teams.

In Short

• Work closely within an agile team to ensure product feature quality
• Define, develop and maintain test cases
• Organise test set priorities for regression and automation
• Execute manual testing for feature verification
• Influence quality process improvements
• Grow product knowledge and skill set
• Participate in Sprint Refinements & Planning

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on functional testing experience
• Demonstrated self-starter with ability to ensure Product quality
• Ability to analyse, estimate and plan work tasks
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to write & maintain test cases and bug reports
• Experience testing Web Applications and REST API web services
• Experience with Product & Test Management systems
• Good database knowledge & SQL skills
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies & processes
• ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification preferred
• Knowledge of Automation testing preferred
