Bright Vision Technologies is on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Lead / Manager Bench Sales to join our team in Remote.

In Short

• Oversee the complete Bench sales marketing and resource management.
• Successfully build, manage, and market the consultants on Bench.
• Source positions from the contacts and effectively place the Bench consultants.
• The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual with a deep understanding of prospecting.
• Interact with Tier one Vendors and make new vendors for the company.
• Get requirements for bench consultants from various sources.
• Experience Marketing Bench candidates.
• Experience on different US job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong preferred vendors list for Marketing bench candidates.
• Knowledge on different Tax terms like W2, C2C & 1099.

Requirements

• Proven bench sales experience in the US IT consulting industry.
• Good understanding of US staffing business, sales, and recruitment process.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good direct vendors and client contacts.
• Proven track record of generating revenues.
