In Short

• Lead the engineering group responsible for driving Brex’s growth engine.
• Involve in strategic planning, team management, technical guidance, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive the architectural vision and technical roadmap for Salesforce platform and GTM applications.
• Champion AI-native solutions within Sales, Marketing, Operations, and CX systems.
• Manage sprint capacity and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Establish engineering best practices for Sales and Marketing applications.
• Design and oversee complex integrations across GTM systems and third-party applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years managing technical teams.
• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platform including Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term platform health with immediate business needs.
• A passion for leveraging AI to improve team productivity.
