Litigation and Risk Counsel - Remote

Overview

The Litigation and Risk Counsel will identify, assess, and mitigate potential legal risks to Brex, providing subject matter expertise on litigation/arbitration disputes and regulatory investigations while collaborating with various stakeholders.

In Short

• Identify and mitigate legal risks for the company.
• Manage investigations, enforcement actions, and litigation from start to finish.
• Collaborate with Compliance and other departments for risk management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in law firms or in-house, preferably in fintech.
• Deep experience in litigation and regulatory enforcement actions.
• Experience managing outside counsel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Law degree and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
