Overview

The Operations Engineer will support the review and improvement of site processes, facilities, and equipment while adhering to safety and environmental controls. This role involves assessing and implementing improvements and managing projects to enhance operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Process or Chemical Engineering.
• Project Management knowledge preferred.
• Experience in practical problem solving.
• Understanding of Industrial Health and Safety.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Able to develop solutions for operational improvements.
• Experience working with small teams.
• Confident in decision making and guiding teams.
• Ability to analyze issues and opportunities.
• Comfortable with hands-on problem-solving.
