Overview

The Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense Analyst will manage the procure to pay processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing while resolving operational issues.

In Short

• Execute procure to pay processes for invoices and payments.
• Verify the validity of invoices and process them according to KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to maintain professional relationships.
• Prepare analytic reports and accounting schedules.
• Identify and propose improvements for operational efficiency.
• Resolve operational issues and vendor queries related to invoices.
• Process Travel & Expense receipts and claims.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Monitor the status of pending invoices and claims.
• Support team members to ensure high service levels.

Requirements

• Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong team player with knowledge in SAP.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
