Overview

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for creating a positive customer experience by providing timely communication based on customer needs and managing the full order life cycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or similar discipline.
• Experience in Chemical Distribution or Manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime or after hours if needed.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems.
