In Short

• Serve as the primary resource and partner for clients post-implementation.
• Own the business relationship and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure clients understand the platform and its capabilities.
• Accelerate new user adoption through education on features.
• Maintain continuous engagement with clients to increase value.
• Identify upsell opportunities and business churn risks.
• Develop strategies for engagement and success planning.
• Represent the voice of the client internally.
• Apply a solution-oriented approach to client needs.
• Escalate client issues quickly.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in client success or account management.
• Experience promoting SaaS solutions.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with CRM software and web-based tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Experience in startups is a bonus.
• Experience in the property management industry is a bonus.
• Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.
