Overview

As an Email Deliverability Principal II at Braze, you will work closely with customers to enhance their email programs through expert consulting and support.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in deliverability services at an ESP, agency, or large brand.
• Mastery in deliverability concepts and customer management skills.
• Experience with identifying and resolving deliverability issues.
• Ability to present deliverability insights in a clear and consumable format.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
