Overview

As a Customer Success Manager in our Scale Mid-Touch team, you will work with passionate start-up and scale-up brands to help them realize value from their investment in Braze.

In Short

  • Own client renewals, retention, and net retention targets for your customers.
  • Be your customers’ main point of contact and trusted advisor at Braze.
  • Partner with Account Executives to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Drive feature adoption by building a shared Success Plan with your customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships and create mutual value.
  • Analyze customer product usage to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Maintain ongoing regular contact with your customers.
  • Solicit and synthesize customer product feedback.
  • Provide continuing education for customers to maximize product usage.
  • Coordinate with other Braze teams to ensure customer support.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in customer success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with medium and large technology companies.
  • Ability to manage complex accounts or projects.
  • High level of intellectual curiosity.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Domain knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, etc.
  • 2-5 years relevant experience in Customer Success or Project Management.
