In Short

• We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team.
• Manage Braze’s primary BI solutions and make Braze data driven.
• Work with internal customers to understand and triage complex data issues.
• Utilize troubleshooting tools to help resolve customer issues.
• Document technical work and research involved in a knowledge base.
• Collaborate on cross-team technical issues.
• Support the organization by responding to questions on data tools.
• Assist in administration of Braze’s primary Business Intelligence solutions.
• Review data quality alerts and perform initial triage.
• Build dashboards from existing data sets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in BI, Data Analysis.
• 2+ years of SQL skills and proficiency in database management systems.
• Experience with data visualization tools, Looker is a plus.
• Fast learner, self-starter, go-getter, and intellectually curious.
• Experience working within an Agile team is ideal.
• Project Management Experience is a plus.
• Experience with Looker, including writing moderately complex LookML.
