• Responsible for software configuration and customization in ServiceNow.
• Work closely with IT and Business teams to enhance ServiceNow capabilities.
• Implement ServiceNow SPM including Client Scripts, UI policies, and Business Rules.
• Facilitate rollouts of new applications and enhancements.
• 5+ years experience supporting SPM implementations.
• 4+ years experience in ServiceNow development.
• 5+ years with programming languages like JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML.
• Generate detailed documentation.
• Degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• US Citizenship required.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience supporting SPM implementations, administration, configuration, and/or development of an ITSM tool.
• 4+ years experience in ServiceNow development – experience should include scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deployment.
• 5+ years with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML 5.
• Generating detailed documentation.
• Degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• US Citizenship.
