• Manage recruitment for clinical roles from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates.

Requirements

• Prior experience recruiting in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Meticulous approach to candidate sourcing and screening.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to pivot to changing business needs under pressure.
• Comfortable using recruitment platforms and ATS.
