Overview

As a Senior Analyst, Claims Compliance at Branch, you’ll be supporting our claims team to better serve our members. Acting as a compliance subject matter expert (SME), you’ll ensure compliance in claims operations and lead claims compliance initiatives.

In Short

• Researches, analyzes, and communicates claims compliance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) regulations.
• Stay updated with state and federal insurance regulations.
• Communicate with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
• Oversee Section 111 reporting.
• Assist in creating claims compliance resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on regulatory changes.
• Identify trends for improvement.
• Manage compliance-related claim letters.
• Assist with corrective action planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Five years of insurance experience in auto and property claims.
• Two years in a compliance or audit role.
• Knowledge of claims compliance laws and regulations.
• Experience with complaint handling procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suite.
• Insurance designation is a plus.
