Overview

The Director of Sales Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing the sales operations’ function, focusing on Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Sales Funnel Management.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years’ experience in sales operations.
  • 5 years’ experience in leadership or mentorship roles.
  • Strategic thinking and long-term planning capabilities.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting and budgeting.
  • Deep knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce and SAP ERP preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Willingness to travel ~20% for customer visits.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident.
