Business Support Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Support Analyst will play a pivotal role in managing data and providing essential support to bankers and users of the Banking Division CRM platform in a major bank in New York City.

In Short

• Contract role for 6 months with possible extensions or option to hire.
• Hybrid work model: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.
• Work closely with bankers and COO Group colleagues.
• Master processes in accessing and editing data in the CRM Platform (OneBanker/Salesforce).
• Support efficient monthly reconciliation of financial data.
• Provide user support for the CRM platform.
• Familiarity with investment and corporate banking is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and other data management tools.
• Legal authorization to work in the US is mandatory.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and master processes quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint.
• Motivated self-starter and team player.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, and PowerBI is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
