• Manage Brainly’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other key social platforms.
• Create and regularly post content aligned with Brainly’s brand and voice.
• Engage with relevant accounts and conversations to build visibility and community.
• Monitor trends to keep Brainly timely and relevant.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align campaigns.
• Manage Brainly’s creators and influencer network.
• Coordinate updates between product/marketing teams and leadership.
• Support influencer partnerships as needed.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management or related field.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube best practices.
• 1 year of experience in video production for social media.
• Passion for creating engaging short-form content.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Curious and growth-oriented, eager to learn new skills.
• Performance-focused and results-driven.
