The HR Business Partner (HR BP) plays a strategic role in aligning human resource strategies and practices with the company’s overall business objectives. This position focuses on supporting managers and employees, driving key HR initiatives, and fostering an engaged, compliant, and productive workplace.

Requirements

• University degree in HR, Business or Psychology
• 3+ years' experience as a HR business partner
• Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset
• Good knowledge of employment law
• Proven ability in employee relations
• High level of empathy
• Advanced people skills
• Excellent self-management skills
• Proactive and intrinsically motivated
• Fluent in English and German
