Overview

The OneSource Support Specialist is a fully remote role focused on providing exceptional support to patients within the Alexion Rare Disease patient journey, serving as the primary contact for patients and caregivers.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Case Management or equivalent.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changes.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • BA/BS Degree preferred.
  • Experience in patient support programs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with insurance coverage and reimbursement processes.
  • Empathetic communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative and teamwork.
