Overview

The Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) is responsible for the delivery of studies at allocated sites, ensuring compliance with international guidelines and local regulations.

• Local responsibility for study delivery at allocated sites.
• Collaboration with CRAs and Country Operations Management.
• Main contact for study site monitoring and compliance.
• Perform selection, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits.
• Identify and resolve study-related issues proactively.
• Train and support investigators and site staff.
• Document recruitment barriers and manage enrollment.
• Prepare monitoring visit reports and ensure timely feedback.
• Support regular quality checks of essential documents.
• Participate in audits and regulatory inspections.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of CRA monitoring experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations.
• Strong medical knowledge and understanding of drug development.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Flexibility in schedule and willingness to travel up to 70%.
• Valid driving license required.
• Ability to work in a remote and matrix environment.
• Experience in all study phases preferred.
