Overview

The Microsoft Modern Work Enablement Director at Boyer is responsible for driving the adoption and effective use of Microsoft Modern work tools and services within our internal and external customers, ensuring they leverage Microsoft 365 to its fullest potential.

In Short

  • Collaborate with the Boyer Sales Team for client education and demonstrations.
  • Build and grow the Microsoft 365 group for advocacy and support.
  • Recommend training based on feedback and analytics.
  • Promote Microsoft products through various channels.
  • Introduce new products and features to customers.
  • Stay updated with Microsoft roadmap and communicate changes.
  • Host monthly webinars on Microsoft products.
  • Provide education sessions for Client Care representatives.
  • Write blogs and act as second tier support for help desk.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with sales and marketing.

Requirements

  • At least one Microsoft certificate associated with Modern Work.
  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 adoption and change management.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or Fundamentals.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 products.
  • Understanding of Modern Work licensing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Collaborative approach with diverse teams.
  • Deep understanding of Cloud Technologies.
