Boyer is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to work directly with clients, implementing solutions that drive business value while fostering a collaborative and flexible remote work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience with ERP implementations, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Solid understanding of core financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated success in delivering ERP implementations in a client-facing role, ideally within a consulting environment.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, with a commitment to following Boyer’s internal Framework.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate project status, issues, and risks to clients and internal teams.
• A client-first mindset with a proven track record of creating happy, referenceable clients.
• Passion for continuous learning and growth in Business Central functionality, industry trends, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining 32+ billable hours per week.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering value-added solutions to clients.
• Experience working cross-functionally with project managers, technical consultants, and client stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus.
