Overview

Technical Writer on the Platform Team will be critical in developing comprehensive, clear, and user-friendly documentation for our various tooling and technologies, including logging, monitoring, CI/CD, and more. This role is instrumental in ensuring that the technical aspects of the platform are well-understood and accessible to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation for the platform’s tools and technologies.
• Work closely with the platform team to understand the functionalities and intricacies of each tool.
• Develop user guides, manuals, and FAQs that are clear, concise, and user-friendly.

• Collect feedback on documentation and make continuous improvements.
• Proven experience as a technical writer in a technology or software development environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and platforms.
