Overview

Bounteous is seeking a Senior Project & Product Manager to join our fast-growing team, responsible for leading all phases of digital projects and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

• Lead and motivate diverse teams to deliver digital projects.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high client satisfaction.
• Provide weekly project status updates with transparency.
• Build strong client relationships and serve as primary contact.
• Facilitate effective meetings with actionable next steps.
• Communicate effectively across disciplines and seniority levels.
• Work with clients to translate business goals into working solutions.
• Leverage tools like OpenAir and Jira for tracking and reporting.
• Contribute to the improvement of project management processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience with Agile experience preferred.
• Experience working as a consultant or in an agency.
• Exposure to management techniques including Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall.
• Experience delivering large digital-related projects ($1MM+, 9+ months).
• In-depth understanding of the digital development process.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Confluence / JIRA or equivalent tools.
• CSM and PMP certifications are a plus.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
