Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with digital systems like Jira and Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or Marketing Platform is a plus.
• Flexible and adaptable to new responsibilities.
