Overview

As an Application Support Engineer within Boulanger's IT department, you will oversee various topics and support our service teams, focusing on after-sales service and rentals.

In Short

• Ensure continuous improvement of RUN processes (N2/N3).
• Facilitate incident processing with the support team.

Requirements

• IT degree (bac +3 to bac +5) with at least 3 years of experience in a similar RUN-oriented role.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across IT and business.
• Proactive and focused on continuous improvement.
• Curious and able to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Rigorous and autonomous, able to handle urgent situations while maintaining a collective spirit.
