Overview

The Brewery Representative works autonomously to focus on developing new accounts and maintaining current accounts within the industry, emphasizing the visibility of products through consultative sales tactics.

In Short

• Sell the entire Boston Beer Company product portfolio.
• Focus on selling products and upgrading product lines in retail accounts.
• Identify major accounts not currently selling BBC products.
• Improve account conditions and merchandise visibility.
• Partner with distributors to ensure product orders and business growth.
• Conduct waitstaff education and beer tastings.
• Work may vary day to day due to customer-facing nature.
• Occasional weekend and holiday work may be required.
• Travel for meetings and trainings.
• Regular travel to service retailers and wholesalers.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in outside sales or food & beverage industry.
• Competitive spirit and confident personality.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Ability to lift and move beer cases frequently.
• Ability to climb, kneel, and stoop for displays.
