In Short

• Support the creation of concepts and presentations to involve leaders and employees in the IT and process project.
• Assist in organizing and preparing meetings and workshops with leaders and employees.
• Create and evaluate surveys to regularly measure the success of change.
• Update project communication channels independently.
• Draft targeted project communications to enhance understanding and acceptance across the organization.
• Contribute ideas and knowledge from your studies to the project.
• Flexible work arrangement from your home location in Germany.
• Opportunity to work up to 35 hours per week during semester breaks.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a university program in economics, (business) psychology, media and communication sciences, or a comparable field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ideally, some experience in a work environment.
• Responsible, independent, and conscientious personality with a proactive approach.
• Passion for people, communication, and change.
• Fluent in German and English.
