Maintenance Engineer - Pick and Place Machines - Remote

Overview

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the technical availability of Pick and Place, Milling, Thermo Fuse locking, and conveyor systems, while working in a 3-shift operation.

• Responsible for technical availability of various machines.
• Work in 3 shifts and report to maintenance Shift In charge.
• Thorough knowledge of troubleshooting and programming of Panasonic and ASM pick and place machines.
• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Manage spare parts and reduce maintenance costs.
• Handle entire SMT line independently.
• Implement predictive maintenance to avoid breakdowns.
• Work on continuous improvement and achieve individual and department targets.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements.
• Possess deep problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechatronics / Electronics / Electrical.
• 3 - 6 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Sound electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of SMT machines and processes.
• Team player with a learning attitude.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
