In Short

• Responsible for developing, implementing, and improving quality strategies and processes in software development.
• Conduct audits, quality controls, and risk assessments to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams (development, project management, support) to establish and monitor quality standards.
• Analyze and document errors and weaknesses to ensure continuous product improvement.
• Create quality reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders.
• Train and support the team regarding quality standards and practices.

Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in quality management in the software industry.
• Solid knowledge of software quality standards and relevant tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), ideally in the context of software development for medical products.
• Experience in test methodology, test automation, and agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban).
• Structured thinking, attention to detail, and a hands-on mentality.
• High degree of initiative and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
